To My Dear and Loving Husband
Lines 9-10

Thy love is such I can no way repay,
The heavens reward thee manifold, I pray.

Line 9 states that she cannot "repay" her husbands love, that only the heavens can. Bradstreet is then saying that she can hardly repay her love for her husband, maybe because women were unequal to men then. So God is the only person with greater meaning that could reward her husband for his love for her, she prays for that.
